The 411's first single "On My Knees" went to No. 4 in the UK chart whilst the second single "Dumb" reached No. 3 in the UK Chart. A third single, "chance" and an album followed[2] but the group disbanded and went their own way in early 2005.
Carolyn was asked, along with Suzie Furlonger also from The 411, to sign a separate deal with Polydor at the end of 2005, although they never found the right single and parted ways in 2006.
Carolyn is now modeling and has been the face of Amplified clothing since 2008[1] and made a 'Axe' hair care commercial.
Also a television presenter, Carolyn's credits include pieces for Current TV.[1] Her 2008 programme Sexy Girls Have it Easy had over 40,000 views in the first month alone and by October 2010 had the highest ever online views for the channel.[1]
Carolyn has also written articles for Marie Claire magazine,[3] and is a producer for a Broadcast PR company.
She has new music material in the pipeline for 2010.
Carolyn lives in Shoreditch, East London with her son, Billy. In October 2010, she revealed she had been a victim of a identity theft on Facebook.[4][5]
